Define architectural direction for next-gen safety apps using AI methods.
Design and scale core safety primitives: compliance, QA, routing, and labeling.
Drive multi-quarter initiatives across the org to drive adoption of safety apps.
Act as a technical multiplier: mentor engineers, drive reviews, establish best practices.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of software development experience.
Distributed systems architecture for high-throughput microservices.
Safety-driven mindset prioritizing user safety and data integrity.
BS or equivalent experience in CS or another technical field.
Curious to learn new technologies and grow skills.
Analytical and data-driven; instrument and analyze usage data.
