🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with search or vector databases; used HNSW, IVF.
• Strong Java skills; solid data structures, concurrency, and lambdas.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
• Ability to design, lead, and own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Proven track record using AI to accelerate development and debugging.
• Excellent collaboration across distributed teams; autonomous, proactive.
