• Lead Elasticsearch to improve speed and relevance of search.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with search or vector databases
• Experience using HNSW or IVF in large-scale search
• Strong Java skills and knowledge of data structures and concurrency
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or Cassandra
• Ability to work autonomously in distributed teams and own outcomes
• Experience designing cross-functional initiatives and APIs
