Senior Software Engineer - Security

📋 Description

• Review RFCs and guide security-driven architectural decisions.
• Design and build internal security systems end to end, incl. WAF and vulnerability tooling.
• Harden security-related production software for resilience and protection.
• Translate FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CJIS into practical technical controls.
• Improve monitoring, patching, and response to vulnerabilities across cloud footprint.
• Contribute to authentication and identity systems, incl. SSO and SCIM implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud/platform/infrastructure security or related security engineering.
• Strong AWS experience, ideally in multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Strong coding ability and tooling in Python or Go.
• Experience reviewing system designs and RFCs and providing clear security guidance.
• Knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability management, and related tooling.
• Comfort with design and hands-on work; eligible to access ITAR/EAR information.
