Senior Software Engineer, Security

📋 Description

• Build secure-by-default protections across cloud, CI/CD, apps, and endpoints with guardrails.
• Provide practical security guidance on new products and secure-by-default patterns.
• Secure SeatGeek's AI use (LLM development, prompt injection, data leakage).
• Contribute to design reviews and threat modeling for high-impact features.
• Build security tooling to prevent issues at build/deploy and automate detection/response.
• Improve detection and incident response; tune detections and automate responders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on security across multiple domains; end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and C#; production-quality, secure code.
• Experience partnering across product, platform, and business teams.
• Ability to build scalable preventative security across cloud, apps, CI/CD, identity, and endpoints.
• Think like attacker and defender to strengthen prevention, detection, and response.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM security implications (prompt injection, data leakage) a plus.
