🎯 Requirements

Expert in .NET (C#) or Java; polyglot to contribute across others.
Strong software-engineering fundamentals; ship modular, maintainable code.
Product-engineering mindset: care about user outcomes and balance trade-offs.
Experience building shipping libraries/SDKs; packaging and versioning.
Focus on performance and cost; measure and optimize.
BS/MS/PhD in STEM or equivalent; operationally mature.
