Mentor teammates, raise code quality, and boost team impact.

🎯 Requirements

Expert in at least one: .NET (C#) or Java; polyglot across other libs.
Strong software-engineering fundamentals: modular, maintainable, testable.
Product-engineering mindset: focus on user outcomes and product impact.
Experience building and shipping libraries/SDKs used by other developers.
Care about performance and cost; measure and optimize accordingly.
Operationally mature: own production, accountability, and reliability.
