Proven track record building scalable enterprise systems: Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, DynamoDB.
Frontend engineering (React, TS) a plus.
Experience with conversational AI apps is a strong plus.
Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric startups or high-growth tech.
