Lead the development of AI/ML infrastructure for multi-billion parameter foundation models in ML
Design and scale large distributed systems for ML lifecycle: dataset generation, model training
Collaborate with Waymo Realism Modeling team in London and Waymo Oxford to improve simulation
Own large, complex systems and drive architectures that meet technical and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years software engineering with 3+ years in ML infrastructure and large-scale systems.
Experience with ML infra tools: DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, or similar.
Strong knowledge of autoregressive transformers and scaling models across ML accelerators.
Leadership and ability to drive ambiguous problems end-to-end; strong communication skills.
Familiarity with Autonomous Driving, Simulations, and ML accelerators is a plus.
