📋 Description

• Develop a multi-environment compute platform for scheduling and allocation.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to translate compute needs into features.
• Solve distributed systems challenges: GPU scheduling, autoscaling, efficiency.
• Ensure reliability and scalability for production simulations.
• Drive architecture to expand orchestration into a company-wide platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering, owning production distributed systems.
• 4+ years coding in Golang, Python, Java, or C++.
• 4+ years building backend systems on major cloud providers.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise: pod scheduling, node lifecycle, autoscaling.
• Experience building/operating workload scheduling systems (dispatch, bin-packing, quotas).
• Self-starter; drove production system from 0 to 1.
