Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain software to improve availability and scalability
• Set architectural direction of infrastructure and platform services
• Design and implement tools for deployment, change management, and infrastructure management
• Troubleshoot and debug critical systems across the SDLC
• Evolve capabilities provided to engineering as a platform
• Participate in rotating on-call duties

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in AWS and Linux
• Proficient in Python, Go, PHP, JavaScript
• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems (DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP)
• Able to decompose complex problems with tradeoffs
• 5+ years managing infrastructure and systems
• Instrumenting and observing distributed microservices in production
• Clear communication across cross-functional partners
• Passion for reducing toil and improving developer experience
