🎯 Requirements

• Strong core Java skills and concurrency primitives.
• Experience building high-perf, scalable databases or distributed systems.
• Expertise in storage, indexing, query execution, and performance optimization.
• Experience with data storage tech like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Prometheus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team; asynchronous communication.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions; code reviews and mentorship.
