📋 Description

• Lead architectural evolution of core storage engine components; fix bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives for observability solutions.
• Work with a globally distributed team focused on logs and metrics in Elasticsearch.

🎯 Requirements

• Work autonomously; drive decisions in distributed teams with async, transparent communication.
• Proven track record using AI to accelerate development and debug complex systems.
• Promote a prompt-engineering mindset to leverage AI agents with sound judgment.
• Implement techniques to index, store, and query time-series or logs data.
• Experience with data storage tech like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Prometheus.
• Strong Java skills and deep concurrency knowledge for efficient data structures.
