📋 Description

• Lead architectural evolution of core storage engine components
• Identify and resolve indexing and performance bottlenecks
• Drive cross-organizational observability initiatives
• Work with globally distributed team on logs and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building high-performance, scalable databases, search, or distributed systems
• Focus on storage, indexing, query execution, and performance optimization
• Strong Java skills with concurrency primitives and data structures
• Collaborative, distributed teamwork with asynchronous communication
• Experience using AI to accelerate development and debugging
• Familiarity with data storage tech like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
