Senior Software Engineer, Storage (File & Block)

📋 Description

• Build Go-based storage control plane services (provisioning, tenancy, quotas)
• Improve NFS reliability, IO performance, and small-file workloads
• Deliver CSI features: dynamic provisioning, resize, and snapshots
• Improve reliability, durability, observability with telemetry and dashboards
• Debug production issues in distributed, high-performance systems
• Work cross-functionally with compute, platform, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 4-6 years building distributed systems, storage systems or infrastructure
• Production experience with storage, databases or file systems
• Proficiency in Go (Go preferred, Rust or C++ a plus)
• Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge
• Understanding distributed systems fundamentals: consistency, replication, failure handling
