Senior Software Engineer, Storage (File & Block)

📋 Description

• Build and improve Go-based control plane services for file and block storage.
• Improve NFS data path: reliability, IO performance, small-file workloads.
• Deliver CSI features: dynamic provisioning, resize, snapshots.
• Improve storage reliability, durability and observability with telemetry and dashboards.
• Debug production issues in distributed, high-performance systems and fix root causes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compute, platform and infra teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years building distributed systems, storage or infra services.
• Production experience with storage, databases or file systems; builder.
• Systems language: Go preferred; Rust or C++ a plus.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Understanding distributed systems fundamentals: consistency, replication, failure handling.
