Senior Software Engineer, Storage (File & Block)

📋 Description

• Build Go-based control plane services: provisioning, tenancy, quotas, snapshots.
• Contribute to the file system data path: NFS reliability and IO performance.
• Enable CSI features: dynamic provisioning, resize, and snapshots.
• Improve storage reliability with telemetry, metrics, and dashboards.
• Debug production issues in distributed, high-performance systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with compute, platform, and infra teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years building distributed systems, storage systems, or infrastructure services
• Proficiency in Go; Rust or C++ a plus
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Understanding distributed systems fundamentals: consistency, replication, failure handling
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator and collaborator across teams
