Senior Software Engineer (Storage) - remote in the US

📋 Description

• Design and build control-plane services and CSI drivers for Kubernetes AI workloads.
• Integrate high-performance storage platforms (PowerScale, VAST) into automated provisioning.
• Build data-path, telemetry, observability tooling for performance and reliability.
• Write production-grade Go with strong testing and operational rigor.
• Deliver IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu) and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD/ Flux).
• Support bare-metal and hybrid provisioning at host/cluster bring-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with Go as a primary language.
• 5+ years building or integrating storage systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with high-performance storage platforms (PowerScale, VAST, etc.).
• Solid understanding of storage models, throughput, latency, caching, and failures.
• Experience with Kubernetes storage (CSI, PVs, StorageClasses) and IaC.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical audiences.
