🎯 Requirements

2-5 years building and supporting backend systems in production.
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems.
Proficiency in Java, Scala, C++, or Go.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent.
