📋 Description

• Lead the Nexus team shaping text-based connectors and data flow.
• Manage a distributed 6-person team across Tartu, Estonia, and Poland.
• Start as hands-on Senior Engineer for the first 3 months.
• Ship production code and learn the Interaction Core systems end-to-end.
• After ramp-up, allocate ~60% to leadership and ~40% to coding.
• Own delivery, architecture, and long-term technical direction.

• Deep hands-on senior engineer with leadership experience
• Architecture design and tradeoff analysis
• AI-enabled coding with guardrails and review
• Mentorship and people management skills
• Proficiency with Elixir, Ruby, JavaScript
