Senior Software Engineer - Technical Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architecture for services, tools, and data systems
• Build backend and integrations ingesting signals from multiple sources
• Collaborate with Product Owner on high-impact opportunities
• Develop backend enabling role-based reporting on engineering health
• Own quality, reliability, and operational monitoring for reports
• Mentor engineers and elevate the team through design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, building/operating production full-stack systems
• Proven track record delivering projects from design to rollout
• Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Hands-on use of agentic engineering in work
• Strong backend, API, SQL, and data modeling skills
• Frontend familiarity to prototype visualizations
