Senior Software Engineer, Test Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build and support in-house testing infra, incl. hardware testbeds and simulations.
• Break down complex technical goals into detailed proposals.
• Integrate feedback from client teams to improve testing tools and procedures.
• Expand test coverage with novel off-nominal test scenarios.
• Work with the Simulations team to integrate simulation tools into automated testing campaigns.
• Lead by example with reliable estimation and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver reliable software testing infrastructure.
• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration and Docker containers.
