🎯 Requirements

5+ years software development; backend (Golang preferred).
5+ years writing high-performance production code.
Built/operated globally distributed microservices on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Excellent written comms; design docs; cross-functional work.
Deep Kubernetes internals; operators, plugins, schedulers.
VMs/hypervisors experience (QEMU/KVM, cloud-hypervisor, VFIO).
