Senior Software Engineer - Together Cloud Platform

📋 Description

• Identify, design, and develop foundational backend services powering Together’s cloud platform.
• Analyze and improve robustness, scalability of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and infra.
• Partner with product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clear, well-tested software and IaC for new and existing systems.
• Conduct design and code reviews, create developer documentation, and testing strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address critical incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and API microservices.
• Experience designing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of resources.
• Excellent communication; write clear design docs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and operating global microservice architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong systems knowledge across compute, networking, storage, including concurrency and memory management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases.
