Develop and optimize the core matching and risk engines for the exchange with low latency.
Write reliable, production-ready code ensuring financial safety and correctness.
Investigate and debug complex issues via thorough log analysis.
Create and maintain unit and integration tests to validate financial correctness.
Collaborate with the Quant team to develop and refine trading algorithms.
Continuously improve the trading core to meet evolving requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in HFT.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience building low-latency trading infrastructure; Aeron or Chronicle Queue.
Strong proficiency in Golang and Solidity; deterministic coding with zero GC.
Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills with logs and traces.
Emphasis on unit and integration tests to ensure financial correctness.
