📋 Description

• Build fraud platform: design detection, risk decisioning, and scoring pipelines.
• Create operator tooling for investigations and case triage.
• Collaborate with product and operations to prioritize risks.
• Think like adversary to evolve fraud detection.
• Strengthen payment integrity across the transaction lifecycle.
• Mentor teammates and share Trust & Safety domain knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in fraud or trust & safety.
• Experience building fraud detection or risk decisioning systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals; scalable, event-driven architectures.
• Stakeholder partnership: work with end-users and cross-functional teams.
• Good judgment and prioritization for actionable plans.
