Senior Software Engineer - UI

📋 Description

• Design and build the Operator UI and multi-tenant portal with the shared design system.
• Set architectural direction for component APIs, accessibility, theming, and migration tooling.
• Own the developer experience for engineers building on AIM's design system.
• Drive patterns for high-quality, accessible UI by default.
• Architect live 3D scenes with Three.js and overlays for operator use.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Design, HCI, or equivalent hands-on.
• 5+ years of production frontend software experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React (hooks, suspense, concurrency).
• Experience with 3D web graphics: Three.js, React Three Fiber, BVH.
• Experience with real-time data and binary serialization: Protobuf, WebSockets.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling: Vite, npm workspaces, Storybook.
