📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of large frontend and full-stack initiatives using React and TypeScript
• Set technical direction for frontend architecture and full-stack patterns
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable experiences
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design reviews, driving engineering excellence
• Lead through ambiguity; break problems into clear, testable plans
• Contribute to AI usage in workflows and product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent) and 6+ years of software engineering
• Deep proficiency with React and TypeScript, including component architecture and state management
• Full-stack experience designing backend services and APIs (Python/Java/Node.js)
• Led design and delivery of large frontend or full-stack projects
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, design, and engineering
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or feature-flagging
