🎯 Requirements

Comfort using AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
Solid SQL Server and relational design experience
Experience with large, complex legacy codebases
Strong debugging in production environments
Ability to read VB6, COM/ActiveX, or equivalent legacy tech
