Design, build, and operate VP backend services (orchestration & decisioning)
Deliver orchestration features: multi-method flow execution, branching, webhooks
Improve resilience: backpressure, idempotency, compatibility, monitoring
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems
Drive engineering quality through code reviews, CI practices, runbooks, and mentoring teammates

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building large-scale backend apps with Python (async/event-driven)
Ownership of production-critical services; on-call mindset
Design for resilience: idempotency, backpressure, retries
Modular design and SOLID principles
Build scalable, maintainable APIs
Testing strategies and observability/logging
