📋 Description

• Explore and validate emerging React/Next.js features. Build prototypes (App Router, Suspense, RSCs
• Work hands-on with code: prototype, debug, validate architectural ideas, and write decision records.
• Design frontend architecture and build systems: component composition, state management, code
• Own technical quality: lead rigorous code reviews and architectural decisions; maintain consistency.
• Contribute to alignment across teams: work with backend and platform architects on middleware layer
• Improve developer experience by identifying and fixing friction: slow builds, missing tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years as a Software Engineer, with substantial experience building or refactoring large-scale
• Deep proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (shipped production code in all
• Expertise in frontend architecture and component design.
• Built or refactored tooling and build processes: understands bundler configuration, code splitting
• Shipped code optimizing for performance: debugged and fixed performance issues across the stack.
• Led or influenced architectural decisions: wrote RFCs, design docs, or architectural decision
