📋 Description

Take end to end ownership of team(s) projects
Mentor and guide engineers within your teams, cross-team as needed
Help your team improve performance and quality; drive major design decisions

🎯 Requirements

4+ years managing small to mid software development teams
5+ years in senior engineering roles (APIs, abstractions, tools)
10+ years SaaS or application development experience
Expert-level .NET stack: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL
HTML5 and JavaScript; TypeScript and React a plus
Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring
