Lead geographically distributed engineering teams building a scalable KV Cache Platform for AI
Define technical vision and execution strategy for the platform in partnership with Product, Sales
Own engineering execution: feature development, releases, bug triage, production issues, and
Drive architecture and delivery of distributed systems for AI inference, memory optimization
Collaborate with partners to prioritize customer requirements, run POCs, and deliver deployments.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years building distributed systems, cloud infra, or AI infrastructure software.
7+ years leading software engineering organizations (distributed teams).
Proven large-scale distributed infra product delivery from architecture to production.
Strong background in distributed systems, Linux, networking, performance, cloud-native
Hands-on Go and Python; C/C++ a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with strategic customers/partners.
