🎯 Requirements

Leadership of Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps teams.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Kubernetes (k8s) and container orchestration in production.
Golang or similar modern languages for infra automation.
Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
