📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision and execution for Toast's web platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading frontend or platform engineering teams in production.
• Strong web architecture: component libraries, build systems, CI/CD, microfrontends.
• Experience owning or contributing to internal developer platforms.
• Partnered with product stakeholders to drive activation/conversion improvements.
• Translate strategic goals into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans.
• Strong communication and leadership with senior technical/product leaders.
• Mentor engineers and build inclusive, high-ownership teams.
