Prioritize licensing requests and renewal opportunities with SLAs.
Research contracts, entitlements, and renewal history for accuracy.
Maintain renewal schedules and proactively engage customers.
Serve as primary contact for licensing inquiries; coordinate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related discipline.
5+ years in Software Licensing, Renewals, Sales Ops, or Sales Support.
Minimum 4 years in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting B2B SaaS licensing and renewal processes.
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce CRM) and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
