🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering with 5+ years in management
• Proven track record scaling teams through rapid release cycles
• Experience guiding Principal Engineers and individual contributors
• Deep expertise in event-driven architectures and streaming (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar)
• Full-stack proficiency: Java, .Net, React; guide technical decisions
• CI/CD, GitOps, and hybrid/cloud-agnostic infrastructure
