📋 Description

• Own the overall release plan, including scope, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams involving cross-functional stakeholders
• Own release branch health metrics, lead bug scrubs, triage critical issues, and define criteria for
• Drive the Product Lifecycle (PLC) phase exit reviews (Phases 0–3)
• Identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and risks early; facilitate technical decision-making
• Responsible for Capex planning and ensure spend is within bounds
