Senior Software Systems Engineer - Autonomy Behavior and Metrics

📋 Description

• Own the systems engineering for Autonomy Behavior components.
• Write performance requirements for features across variations.
• Lead system-level performance analysis and build evaluation pipelines.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for driving behavior and system performance.
• Analyze test results to identify gaps and mitigations.
• Collaborate with Integration & Test to define the Design Verification Plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Robotics/Comp Eng +4+ yrs exp (MS+2 or PhD ok)
• Experience in motion planning, motion control, or robotics
• Experience with analysis, metrics development, verification/validation of autonomous robotics
• Experience formulating requirements to inform decision making
• Programming in Python, C++, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
