📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems on the Appian platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Drive system orchestration and AI tool integrations (RAG, MCP).
• Lead architecture decisions: microservices, serverless, event-driven.
• Own features end to end from requirements through deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack Java and web tech in a cloud-native environment.
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize large codebases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML adoption and integration into workflows.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or small teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.
