📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Appian software.
• Ensure platform is fast, scalable, and adaptable to customer configs.
• Leverage AI tools and integrations (RAG, agentic workflows, MCP).
• Architect decisions: microservices, serverless, event-driven patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers; conduct thorough code reviews; set quality standards.
• Drive features end-to-end from requirements to deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering; cloud-native systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, patterns.
• Proficient in Java or C++, plus full-stack web tech.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; AWS and modern databases.
• AI/ML integration experience; intelligent workflows.
• Clear communication; strategic thinking; mentorship.
