Design, develop, test, and deploy Solana programs using Anchor and Rust.
Build and maintain Token-2022 integrations (transfer hooks, delegation).
Implement cross-chain bridges and messaging using Wormhole or similar.
Develop SPL token programs with ACL gating and compliant mint/burn.
Architect PDA-based registries, whitelists, multisig, and permissioned accounts.
Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews and audit prep.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years software development; 2+ years Solana program development.
Deep understanding of Solana account model, PDA derivation, CPI patterns, rent exemption.
Anchor framework: validation, constraints, IDL, upgrades.
SPL Token/Token-2022 knowledge and token extensions.
TypeScript/Node.js; REST APIs; CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communicator bridging blockchain and product needs.
