Senior Solid State NMR Scientist

📋 Description

• Apply ssNMR to characterize pharmaceutical materials
• Apply quantitative ssNMR methods to measure API components
• Plan and perform experiments with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with Materials Science to define strategies
• Solve problems using contemporary Materials Science techniques
• Contribute to new scientific approaches within Materials Science

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in chemistry or related field with ssNMR expertise
• Or BA/MS with 2-3+ years ssNMR experience
• Experience with ssNMR sample prep, data acquisition, 1D/2D spectra
• Experience in solid-state characterization (XRD, DSC, TGA, etc.) is a plus
• Vibrational spectroscopy experience (FTIR, NIR, FT-Raman) preferred
• Strong data analysis, organization, and communication skills
