Senior Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise maintenance environments, defining how mobile
• Conduct onsite discovery sessions, assessments, workshops, and gap analyses with maintenance
• Map current maintenance and repair processes and define detailed future-state workflows, including
• Define AI-enabled capabilities to automate manual steps, capture information at the point of work
• Act as design authority for SAP PM integration, master data structures, mobile configurations
• Translate solution designs into implementation plans for functional consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a maintenance or reliability technician, craft supervisor, MRO
• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, including solution design
• Proven experience transitioning industrial sites from paper to mobile maintenance execution.
• Ability to assess live environments, identify design gaps, and develop plans.
• Strong practical understanding of maintenance and repair operations.
• Experience presenting quantified business cases to executives and discussing process with frontline
