🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience, with significant time in a senior technical pre-sales
• Proven track record operating independently on the most complex, highest-stakes technical problems
• Comfortable and credible in both a whiteboard session with engineers and a strategy conversation
• Demonstrated experience setting technical direction or standards across a team or function, not
• Strong track record influencing product/engineering roadmap through structured technical feedback
• Deep fluency across Gusto's technical surface area — Salesforce/CRM, API and integration
