📋 Description

• Gather requirements and run analysis sessions with clients
• Identify issues between systems and client specs; propose solutions
• Document technical solutions
• Monitor timelines and progress to ensure adherence to specs
• Configure and test end-to-end solutions
• Consider costs and timelines; ensure vendors meet deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of web apps and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, infrastructure, security, and integration
• Experience with billing/CPQ/CRM/payment solutions or eCommerce
• Knowledge of database design and data architecture; relational databases
• Customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Experience leading PM cycles with Jira and Wrike
