Senior Solution Architect (US/Canada)

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer’s needs.
• Proactively develop relationships with technical/product stakeholders at customers.
• Meet regularly with technical customers to demonstrate features and plan implementation.
• Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities at existing customers.
• Support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops and POC development.
• Create examples to help customers understand concepts and implement more quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in remote in the United States or Canada.
• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Advanced experience with React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
• Familiar with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Experience implementing headless CMS or headless ecommerce, or as a Solution Engineer/Architect in a dev-focused SaaS.
• Outstanding communication skills and proven experience developing solutions for customers.
