📋 Description

• Master the Service Manager solution
• Expand knowledge of new EasyVista solutions
• Provide recommendations and identify client improvements
• Lead client meetings and own your functional scope
• Deliver services meeting client acceptance criteria
• Ensure project methodology is documented and applied

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on EasyVista Service Manager
• Knowledge of other solutions in the EasyVista Portfolio
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• Located in France, preferably Paris area
• ITIL certification
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication; ability to challenge assumptions
