Senior / Solution Consultant - Veeva Quality

📋 Description

• Understand customer business objectives, quality processes, pain points and transformation
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, differentiated Veeva Quality
• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations that show how Veeva Quality can improve compliance
• Lead consultative engagements—including discovery workshops, solution workshops, conference room
• Support the sales team in progressing opportunities, strengthening executive relationships and
• Bring market, industry and competitive insight into account strategy and solution positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years overall experience including 3+ years of Solution Consultant experience in Pharma/Biotech
• Experience in pre-sales and solution consulting customer-facing role within a software or
• Strong understanding of Quality and/or Manufacturing operations in life sciences.
• Working knowledge of Cloud and SaaS applications, life sciences business processes and digital
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
