Senior Solution Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop the regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account
• Set and track team objectives aligned to customer success and business goals
• Build a high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, feedback, coaching and development
• Develop scalable operating models, playbooks and best practices across Pre-Sales, Delivery and TAM
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve team efficiency and customer responsiveness
• Monitor customer health, adoption, KPIs and account risks, providing regular reporting to the VP

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Pre-Sales, Solutions Delivery, Customer Onboarding, Technical Account Management
• Strong experience managing and developing technical teams
• Proven experience working with strategic enterprise customers and complex customer relationships
• Experience planning and delivering multiple complex technical customer rollouts
• Experience working in a SaaS and/or System Integration environment
• Strong experience with API integrations and technical solution delivery
